Medicaid Madness

“Toto, I’ve a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore.” Yes Medicaid as we know it for the past 3 years is changing and changing fast. Since the outbreak of Covid-19 the Federal Government allowed for people who wouldn't normally be eligible to continue benefits. They are shutting it down.. Effective 3/31/23. Medicaid will have a different look.

What this means for YOU. If you are currently a recipient of Medicaid keep an eye open for those redetermination letters in order to avoid lapse of service.
