Join us for “Oh SNAP! SavannahCare Got Your Back” — a community event created to support seniors through the SNAP and government shutdown crisis.
We’re bringing the community together with free donuts, hot coffee, and real solutions to help you navigate food assistance challenges. 🍩☕
Local homecare agencies and community partners are coming together to make sure no senior gets left behind. Limited $25 grocery gift cards will be available on a first come, first serve basis for seniors in need. 🛒💳
