SavannahCare Simple Senior Solutions is committed to helping our community live healthier by providing access to fresh, nutritious food. Join us every Thursday, beginning July 9, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM for our Fresh Produce Giveaway at Haddington Progress Plaza (Rear), 5601 Westminster Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19139.
Community members are invited to receive a free bag of fresh fruits and vegetables while supplies last. This weekly giveaway is designed to support healthy eating, reduce food insecurity, and ensure our neighbors have access to nutritious produce. One bag per person.
